We play this fun, fast and inexpensive program at 10:00 am and 5:00 pm daily. One strip only please because calls are about three seconds apart.
That is right, In these days of expensive everything there is still a very inexpensive, fun, and different style of bingo available. You can join this game at any time. You don't have to be here at the beginning because our charity members sell the games in booklets of 4 games for $1.00. So, if you come in later, you just buy a later booklet and join in when you arrive. We know that sometimes people would like to be at bingo but have other comittments to attend to first. This is the perfect "Mom's" bingo. So, the program goes something like this, a couple of 4 game books and then a $1.00 special game. The total number of books sold is either 8 or 9 depending on the game with 3 $1.00 specials and then a $1.00 final jackpot. Most times we will also sell cards to play our $5,000.00 Accumulator Jackpot. With everything offered in the game you can play for as little as $12.00. How is that for cheap fun. See you at the game.

Fun, fast and furious and definitely hilarious. That is what our customers tell us about this style of bingo you can only get in very small fixes.

How does a $10,000.00 Jackpot appeal to you?
That is correct. The Progressive Jackpot or "Player's Progressive" as it is called in some circles is designed to pay up to $10,000.00. It works like this: Cards are $2.00. Every game that is played the income is divided between the players and the charities. A third, a third and a third. One third goes to an accumulating jackpot, one third to the charities for their profits and one third to you the player. Once the jackpot has grown to $10,000.00 the income is split 50%/50% between players and charities. Once it hits $10,000.00 each day the number increases by one number until it is won. So, always keep track of the Progressive. Sure could have a great party on $10,000.00

This old standard has been around for about 30 years.
It was the very first Provincially Licensed Jackpot. We remember it from the old Broom & Stone bingo hall on Lawrence Avenue in Scarborough. Do you remember that hall? At that time only large halls which could seat over 1,000 players for a session were allowed Provincial bingo licenses for their regular program and in turn they were also the only halls which could get Super Jackpot Licenses. Only within the last 10 or so years have halls which hold Municipal bingo licenses been granted Super Jackpot licenses. So, how is the game structured? The license is granted to the Hall Charity Association for up to six (6) months. During that period the game may cycle as many times as it does without restriction. The price of $2 per strip of three cards is dictated by the license and so are all the other aspects of the game; starting number (50), outside aquare ($25) consolation of 40% up to $300. The Super Jackpot is just one more way for us to offer you “edge of your seat” fun. The image of $2,000 in cold cash being thrust into your sweaty excited shaking hand is an image that can make your heart pound and your body shake as the caller calls closer and closer to the designated number for the event you are attending. .

The name doesn’t imply that you have to be loony to play this game.
The name says it costs a loonie, (one Canadian $2 ), which gives you a bunch of shots at the Loonie Jackpot that has been growing with each event played. The formal name for this game is the Loonie Pot Progressive. Sometimes this pot is worth thousands. Upon entering the hall you may purchase a ticket for $1 from the charity volunteer at the Provincial Games Table. That is the table where we sell cards for all bingo games licensed by the Province. You will be required to sign your ticket and provide I.D. No, we are not being nosey; there is a very good reason for this requirement. Not all of your fellow players are as honest as you, and the way Loonie Pot Bingo is played, sooner or later without the I.D., somebody will try to claim the prize on somebody else’s, (a friend’s), ticket. So you can see now that having to sign assures the integrity of this particular game. Here is how we play. At the beginning of the regular games the caller will draw a ball and call it. This will be known as the “Indicator Number”. A number of games listed on your program will show this symbol (LP) beside the game number. This tells you that if the “Indicator Number” comes out of the bingo blower on a game marked this way, the person who bingos on the very next number has a shot at the Loonie Pot, if they hold a Loonie Pot ticket they have signed. If they do, the lucky winner will receive the full Jackpot! Loonie Pot is a really inexpensive game that adds extra fun to the book portion of your chosen session.
